LNG Esports is a professional League of Legends team from China, competing in the LPL (League of Legends Pro League), which is the highest level of competition in the Chinese LoL scene. Originally founded in 2012 under the name Snake Esports, the organization rebranded to LNG Esports in 2019 after being acquired by the Chinese conglomerate Li-Ning. The name “LNG” reflects Li-Ning Gaming.
